Each recognition request is analyzed exclusively by the entity to which it was submitted. Therefore, if you submitted your recognition request to a Portuguese higher education institution, you should contact that institution directly to obtain clarification on the status of your process. IES can only respond regarding automatic recognition requests submitted directly to us.
