It depends. If you choose IES as the entity to analyze your request, then it will be sent and analyzed by us. If you chose a Portuguese higher education institution, your request was automatically submitted to that institution and not to IES. The entity to which the request was submitted, whether IES or a higher education institution, is solely responsible for analyzing it and for clarifying any doubts or questions regarding it.
