No. UCIRA only handles requests for automatic recognition of foreign higher education degrees and diplomas. To request recognition of professional qualifications obtained abroad, please contact DGERT – Directorate-General for Employment and Labour Relations (https://www.dgert.gov.pt/reconhecimento-das-qualificacoes-profissionais).
